Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for silicone molds only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We do not accept returns for unscented/scented beads, fringe, glitters, hair feathers, and/or any other product besides our silicone molds here at GlitznGlam7. Molds only.
We DO NOT accept refunds/exchanges based on dissatisfaction of item(s) customer purchased due to things such as, but not limited to, colors, glitter cut sizes, mold size, and/or superficial imperfections that may arise from handmade items which are stated within each listing that DO NOT affect the freshie end result.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, no damage, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customer will pay for return shipping label and new label for replacement silicone mold(s) as well. ( No extra fees are required - Please note that carrier rates may vary at the time of your request, but will be explained in email communication)
Payment for labels can be accepted through PayPal, Venmo, and/or Cash App.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
